Need help on your AS9100 Rev C transition audit? We have registered AS9100:2009 Auditor who can help you.

The key to upgrading to the new standard are :

1) Update the procedures to add Project Management (7.1.1), Control of work transfer (7.1.4), Risk Management (7.1.2) and others. Provide training to Management and Internal Auditors.

2) Show records of the above. For example, you have to show how you manage risk in supplier selection (7.4.1F), Project Management 7.1.1 and Sales (7.2.2) .....

3) You need to show and convince the AS9100 Auditor that that all your processes within 7.5 (7.1 - 7.6) are effective. He has to sign a PEAR (Process Effectiveness) Form stating that he reviewed your procedure and records and the processes are effectively implemented. I'll show all your process owners how to prepare for this. This is the hardest part of upgrading to AS9100:2009.
