Quality Management System Implementation
We specialize in helping small company getting ISO, AS9100 or other QMS certified and maintain their certification. Our Registered Auditors visit your company and give recommendations on a certification road map based on the size of the company, your products and your processes. It is very important to start off in the right direction with the help from an experienced ISO Auditor, especially in ISO documentation development. We believe in developing a cost effective Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the basic ISO requirements, get certified and then improve it.

We offer different packages to help you obtain or upgrade your ISO quality management system. An example of a package is to writing a quality manual, operating procedures and work instructions that meet the QMS requirements. We collect 50% of the fees after the procedures are completed. Then we provide training, assist in the implementation, perform your 1st internal audit, assist your staff during the ISO registration audit and help you correct any findings during the registration audit. We'll only get paid the rest of the fees after your registration is approved. We guarantee your registration. Our on-site services are priced based on the number of employees and type of services required to accomplish your goals. We only quote on what you really need and provide personalized service.

QMS Maintenance
Internal Audit
There are different ways to meet the internal audit requirement after getting ISO certified. Big companies hire full time Internal Auditors, and small companies train some of their employees to conduct internal audits. Our Certified ISO Auditors can provide the training for your Internal Auditors. We can also conduct internal audit of your quality system and it is a cost effective way to satisfy the mandatory internal auditing requirement. You don’t have to train your internal Auditors and they don’t have to spend time preparing audits, reading the procedures, conduct the audit and write audit reports. We can perform the audit for you and the fee is based on the size of your company. For a company of 30 to 50 employees, we charge 2 to3 days of on-site audit time and 1 day for preparation and report writing.

Upgrade to newer ISO/AS revisions
We have started upgrading our client's AS9100 QMS from revision B to C and provide training. There are quite a bit of changes and we can help you.

Management Review
A lot of nonconformances are issued on management reviews. Let us help you conduct management reviews and reports.
